Mr and Mrs Sikka’s wedding got a buzz on Instagram as the pictures and colored interracial cultural display is mesmerizing. A look through the Bride’s Instagram page, we see Yinka had loads of fun before you officially became Mrs Sikka. In one of her Posts, she honors her late mother—” This is a still from a video @marissarobbinscaught during the Milini (meeting of the two families). That light beaming down is 100% my mother being a part of the ceremony. When Marissa sent this video to me I just broke down in tears. The whole day was filled with joy but also a very emotional time because I know my mother would have been a major part of the day if she was physically still here with us. I am so happy she made her presence known several times throughout the day. The days leading up to our ceremonies it was raining, cold & extremely cloudy but I meditated & told my mother to let me know what time it is! Ask the Westin! I said contingency plan? For what! GOD AND MY MOTHER GOT ME! The portions that are suppose to be outside will be outside as planned! My faith is never shook! As soon as the Baraat began the clouds began to move away! My mommy would always do anything to guarantee I was happy & Saturday was no different. She would move mountains for her daughter & on my wedding day she moved clouds. I am so very blessed to be Glory’s daughter ? #sikkamode #GlorysGirl
