This particular street food that is widely eaten by all tribes in Nigeria. It is an expensive street food. Bole is made up of roasted plantain, red oil sauce, pepper, onion, salt and roasted fish. Suya

Suya is a beef barbecue and a popular Nigerian street food. It is a roasted steak, and usually done in the evening; as people use this particular street food to unwind after the day’s activities. Suya is spicy and the key ingredient is ‘yaji’- condiment made of ginger, pepper and seasoning cubes. Suya has a different taste from the home made roasted meat.
