Born in Africa Festival, popularly referred to as BAFEST, holds yearly to celebrate the dynamic nature of the true African art, using it as a medium to tell the African story. This year the show held at the Eko Atlantic City, Lagos, Nigeria.

Top notch musical acts from all over Africa graced the stage to add color to the annual event. The likes of Tiwa Savage, Wizkid, D’Banj, Burna Boy, Awilo Logomba and several others stunned the audience with melodious tunes and electrifying performances.

Tiger Beer sponsored BAFEST 2018 which held on Sunday and the alcoholic beverage company stand had a photo area made up of a graffiti wall and an accompanying car. The corner was set up as a great spot for exclusive photos with guests treated to a 360 degree video and photo experience.

An attendee described the event as surreal with the performances from the invited artists achieving the aim for the event without leaving anything out. When discussing the fashion, design of the stage and the performances, he said it made one reminisce on how beautiful Africa is.

Emmanuel Oriakhi, the marketing director of Nigerian Breweries said an opportunity to bring Tiger beer close to the customers has been much sought after for a long time, BAFEST presented it on a platter. He promised that more of such gestures will be invested in by the brand.

To cap a very successful year, Tiger Beer will host a party at the African Artist Foundation Center on December 22. The party will feature some of the top alternative music stars on the Nigeria music scene.
