If you remember, we told you that Buju Banton was taking his tour to Trinidad & Tobago and he was facing challenges with getting a visa. He finally made it into T&T and over the weekend, Banton’s room was searched by police officers.
The artist made the revelation via his Instagram account and it shocked his fans all over the world. in the video he explained that while he chilled in his room, a bunch of police officers with a search warrant visited his room to search the whole place.
He stayed at the Hilton Trinidad hotel. He said he still has crazy love for his Trinidad fans despite his issues with the police.
The police commissioner has not spoken about the issue and refused to respond despite all attempts to reach him. It was however confirmed that nothing was found in Banton’s room after the search.
