The court has granted Cardi B the authority to seize Tasha K’s assets, and she has wasted no time in pursuing what she is owed.

Tasha K was ordered to pay $4 million to Cardi B last October after losing a defamation lawsuit filed against her by the Bronx rapper. Cardi now wants her money and is looking for ways to get it.

According to XXL, a writ of execution was issued against Tasha K last Thursday (April 20), with documents signed by Judge William M. Ray II stating that the blogger’s property can be seized in order to recover the $3,868,753.47 Cardi was awarded after winning the suit.

On Friday, Tasha K responded on Twitter to the legal motion: “Look! Sis & Law I Know you need that cause work is slow for all of us right now, but right now, I ain’t got it!” she captioned a picture of a list of her debts. “But let your lawyers know that when I’m up, you gone be up & stuck…You get first dibs after this irs bill gets paid.”

Cardi B first sued Tasha K for defamation in 2019 after the YouTuber accused Cardi of drug use and sexually transmitted diseases in a blog post in 2018. In January of last year, the case was tried in federal court in Georgia. Cardi eventually prevailed, and a judge ordered Tasha K to pay the rapper $3,868,753.47.
