A Nigerian Pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo, Founder of the Common Wealth of Zion Assembly,(COZA) who was accused of Rape earlier in June this year by Mrs. Busola Dakola, a photographer and wife of a popular Musician, Timi Dakolo has been asked to appear in Court within 14 days.
This became evident through a court summon sighted by an online News platform, The Cable news. The Summon which requested both the accused and the victim to appear before it.
The claim which was released in an interview with Y Naija further explained that the pastor took advantage of her in 2002 before she clocked 18. Busola noted that the Pastor made effort to penetrate her vagina and she struggled with him which he later succeeded in having carnal knowledge of her.
Mr. Fatoyinbo who had been ensnared on other sexual scandals before the recent allegations runs the Abuja Headquarter of his church with his family,
She further added while she was in shock of the incident, the accused rushed out of the living room and returned with a bottle of Soda(krest) which he forced down her throat thereby making her breathing difficult.
In a suit filed at the High Court of the Federal Capital territory in Abuja, Mrs. Dakolo claimed that the alleged rape by Fatoyinbo affected her marital Sex life.
Mrs. Dakolo said She demanded “a personal letter of apology” from the pastor to show he is sorry for his wrong added that further denial of the alleged acts has continue to cause her emotional distress which she had instructed her lawyer, Pelumi Olajengbesi and Co of Law Corridor to file a suit on her behalf.
Reacting to the court summon, the pastor who responded through his personal Assistant, Ademola Adetuberu noted that his boss is yet to be served with any summon. He noted that the only information he has is the same flying round various social media. Adetuberu noted that his boss could only obey such order until he is formally served.
