Let the wedding bells ring!!!! Nigerian celebrity, Davido has announced his plans to get married to his heartthrob, Chioma Avril Rowland in 2020!!!!
According to the News Agency of Nigeria, the singer had his introduction ceremony with his bride-to-be and both families on Monday, 2nd September, 2019.
The Hip hop star shared a photo on his Instagram account capturing both families. “First of all Introduction”, the Nigerian singer wrote.
Also, he revealed more wedding details on his other social media accounts. Davido stated that the wedding will assuredly take place in the year 2020. A hashtag has already been created for the upcoming wedding – #Chivido2020.
His girlfriend, Chioma aka Chef Chi is known as an acclaimed chef and fashionista. She also showcases her mouth-watering dishes on her Instagram page.
The couple reportedly met before Davido released his famous hit track, Dami Duro, and have been together since then.
Their love story has been the talk of the town for sometimes now and blew up to another scale with the release of the song, Assurance.
The award-winning artist got his girlfriend a Porsche for her 23rd birthday, which was the highlight of the song.
Davido is not the only one planning for a wedding soon. His elder brother, Adewale Adeleke also proposed to his girlfriend some weeks ago.
The music mogul revealed the news on his Instagram account on Monday, July 8, 2019, with the caption, “Yesterday was the best day of my life! She said yes”.
