Children are a great bundle of joy and Gabrielle Union and her spouse, Dwayne Wade just became proud parents of a pretty baby girl.
The amazing celebrity couple exchanged vows at a lush wedding ceremony in 2014. They just welcomed their first child via surrogate last Wednesday. The couple made the announcement on Thursday via their Instagram handles to the joy of their fans. Gabrielle and Dwayne both posted the same three pictures and used the same caption on their different pages.
In their captions they quoted Bill Withers song “Lovely Day” saying, “When I wake up in the mornin’ love/And the sunlight hurts my eyes/And there’s something without warning, love/Bears heavy on my mind/Then I look at you/And the world’s alright with me/Just one look at you/And I know its gonna be/A lovely day/A lovely day.”
“A LOVELY DAY, We are sleepless and delirious but so excited to share that our miracle baby arrived last night via surrogate and 11/7 will forever be etched in our hearts as the most loveliest of all the lovely days. Welcome to the party sweet girl! #onelastdance #skintoskin @dwyanewade,” the couple added.
Gabrielle has always been open about infertility issues. For example she had stated in her 2017 book, “We’re going to need more wine” that she had gone through “8 to 9 miscarriages.” Already the couple are raising three sons. These include two from Dwayne’s previous marriage and his nephew. He also has a third son staying with his mother.
