We can’t really say how real this is but the internet is filled with the news and we thought you should know about it too. Remember R&B singer, Jaheim? Yes, the one with the hit song “Just in Case.” Well, apparently he is facing financial issues and is now a driver for Uber. We did a background check on his social media accounts but couldn’t find anything but here’s the news anyways.

An Instagram user by name Gordon Davis shared the shock of his life over the weekend. He had ordered an Uber through the rideshare app and guess who turned out as the wheel, Jaheim. He said he had a discussion with the singer and Jaheim told him he resorted to Uber because he was low on cash. The singer was in town visiting a relative and needed cash to get back home.

He said the singer even told him he has been Ubering for a while to gather some cash. He plans to get back to the studio as soon as possible to begin recording again. Jaheim confirmed the story and is even giving a free ride to all his fans who use his promo code JaheimUE62.

Jaheim was born in New Jersey and his father died when he was only three years old. He has a strong music background as his grandfather sang with several music groups. Jaheim tried out the Apollo Theatre talent hunt which he won thrice at age 15.
