Kimberly Barrow, an accomplished family nurse practitioner from Jacksonville, FL has taken Houston by storm. Not satisfied with the healthcare disparities in the community, established a family medicine clinic she named Kimberly Cares, LLC. It provides low-cost medical services for children and adults.
Kimberly Barrow’s establishment has served thousands of clients to date, with plans to expand the facility.
Kimberly Barrow Cares offers a number of services including general wellness, women’s health, pediatric, weight management, DOT and other occupational services.
Kimberly Barrow, who is a Navy veteran and current Air Force flight nurse, is also contracted to provide services for veterans.
She has taught both undergraduate and graduate students, she has participated in a number of small business forums, keynote speaker on different panels, and has become a mentor to other aspiring business women and clinicians.
Her ambition and passion for service helped her become one of Houston’s elite businesswomen.
In her words; “Quality of life is at the center. I am driven by a passion to serve and I intend to do just that because, at the end of the day, we’re all we’ve got.”
