A real estate agent has recently confirmed to PEOPLE that Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have recently splashed $13.5 million on a home in Los Angeles.
Kylie Jenner aged 26 is a makeup tycoon and her boyfriend Travis Scott who is 26 is a rapper. The couple have a daughter together and less than two weeks ago completed the payment for the mansion. It is reported that the couple split the cost for the mansion.
The source further told PEOPLE that the home located in Beverly Hills is outstanding and fashionable yet very warm and cozy. The agent added that the home is very private, just what people of their status would relish.
Considering the price of the house it can be described as expensive and quite ostentatious but the agent being in the business for long believes they got one of the fairest deals ever. The property had stayed for a year and a half on the market before it was purchased by Kylie and Travis.
It is largely believed that Kylie’s business acumen and ability to negotiate deals was instrumental in getting the property. She is definitely a shrewd negotiator and got a great price for the mansion she wanted. The couple bought the property mainly and an investment interest but with the look of things they might be staying there as well.
The mansion is a mind-blowing 9,000 square feet and it has 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Just the master suite alone is about 2,300 square feet. The property also has a separate guest house and a pool. The mansion sits on a 1.1 acre plot.
