Letitia Wright, one of the stars of Black Panther, has once again spoken about her struggle with depression which almost made her give up on acting. She made the revelation when she received the BAFTA award.

She was awarded the Rising Star Award by the British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA). She took the opportunity to speak about how she struggled with depression and how she got the power to bounce back. Wright, 25, said her belief in God, her faith, and support from her family along with a mail from BAFTA were what helped her pull through.

Wright shared words of encouragement to people in the audience who felt they had lost their way and their purpose. The first time she spoke about her depression issues was last year on the Black Panther press tour.
