In 2017, it was reported that Rihanna had unfollowed Nicki Minaj after her public spat with fellow rapper Remy Ma. Another unconfirmed report from the same time alleged that Rihanna had unfollowed Nicki after ending things with Drake; because the pair had gotten closer. Nicki Minaj And Rihanna never actually opened up on what happened between them, when Nicki was asked during an interview in 2017, she hung up on the caller.
However, fans noticed that Rihanna was once again following Nicki Minaj after the alleged feud between the two superstars.
Not long after, it appeared Nicki also went ahead and hit that follow button back; sending fans into a frenzied expectation of a possible collaboration between the two artists. Way back in 2010 for Nicki Minaj’s debut album, “Pink Friday.”
Nicki shook fans earlier this week when she hinted something is coming later this week; as she posted two photos of herself seemingly naked in an office-like setting. The caption read “F R I D A Y” accompanied by a fingers crossed emoji.
The rapper has been off the scene since the birth of her son.
