Omarosa’s neighbors sue her and husband over moldy Florida home.

This pretty Black girl has got herself all wrapped up in a string of trouble lately, as it so appears that there is fire on the mountain for the former white house aide who is presently having a rough and tough war of words and secrets reveal with her Ex-boss, Donald Trump. The president of the united states, and some staffs of the white house. And so it happens that she gets more media attention as it seems that she may have to fight a lot of battles but may also need to put the issues regarding her life in check first.
Omarosa Manigault-Newman and her pastor husband have been issued a 15,000 lawsuit by neighbors in a complaint filed by Jacksonville golf & country club property owners over the maintenance of their moldy home and swimming pool which is located in Florida.
Neighbors are asking that Omarosa and her husband John Allen Newman, 63, scrub their walls and repair or replace the roof of their $615,000 property that is located on an upscale golfing development in suburban Jacksonville. , which he kept through his divorce settlement from his ex-wife Andrea Johnson.
They also demand that the neglected areas of ‘dead’ grass are replaced and the pool chemically treated over fears it is becoming a ‘hazard’ and a breeding ground for mosquitoes, which also includes removal of mold/mildew.
The list of demands is spelled out in a $15,000 suit filed against John Allen Newman, who happens to be married to the White House aide, 44, in April last year.
Omarosa who was one of the highest paid White House staffers in 2017 earning $179,700 per year has an estimated nett worth of $3.5 million with that figure likely to soar on the back of Omarosa’s upcoming tell-all memoir, Unhinged, about her volatile stint in the Trump administration, While her husband a registered Democrat who worked on former president Barack Obama’s 2008 campaign, has faced a lot of money issues, he previously filed for bankruptcy twice in 2013 with debts amounting to $1,225,764.
The respected leader of The Sanctuary at Mt. Calvary church in central Jacksonville had his 2014 Buick lacrosse sedan repossessed due to the fact that he owed $42,885 after he failed to make his repayments, according to dailymail.com, it appears that GM is still chasing him for the outstanding $23,516 debt, according to court documents filed in June 26 last year.
When reached, The Jacksonville Golf & Country Club Property Owners Association refused to speak about the ongoing suit. Pastor Newman has not responded to emails either. Our hands are tied on this one as we will continuously follow-up on this issue.
