As Meghan Markle and her husband, Prince Harry, get set to welcome their first child this month, her close friend, Serena Williams, has sent in a supply of Pampers ahead of the newborn’s arrival.
Serena just signed a partnership with the diaper company and recently appeared alongside her 19-month-old daughter, Alexis Olympia, in a Pampers’ Cruiser 360 FIT advert. The two women share a friendship which is over 5-years-old. They met for the first time in 2014 at a Charity flag football match.
It also seems that while Serena was being interviewed by E! News she spilled the beans about the sex of the expected royal baby. Though she mentioned no names in the interview, yet it is insinuated by royal watchers that the Duchess was the subject of her statement in which he talked about giving her friend advice on she raised her own daughter to her pregnant friend.
The Duke and Duchess have previously confirmed that they didn’t check for the sex of their baby as they wanted it to be a surprise.
Reports also have it that Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, is getting set to leave her L.A. home to be with her daughter prior to the arrival of the royal newborn. She is also expected to attend the second shower to be organized for the Duchess across the pond. We told you in February that Meghan had traveled to New York for a shower organized and sponsored by Williams.
