The next installment of the famous “Suicide Squad” may be losing one of its biggest stars, Will Smith. Even though the franchise is yet to make an official announcement, it has been leaked by an insider that Smith will not be reporting.
You will remember that Smith played Deadshot in the original movie. The sources have said the actor is not likely to return for the sequel though the official release date is still unknown. According to the sources, the reason for his absence lies on scheduling. Both sides are said to have agreed to part ways amicably without any hard feelings.
The studio has not made an official statement about who will be returning but it is on record that they had wanted their top stars, Margot Robbie and Will Smith, to return. They were meant to decide the rest of the cast based on the presence of both stars.
Till now there is still no official statement from the Warner Bros. studio or Will Smith on the issue.
