Reports have it that top shot comedian, Tiffany Haddish, just signed a new partnership with Netflix to produce a new stand-up comedy series. Variety has told us in latest reports that the female comic is set to be the Executive Producer of this project which will involve a few other comedians on her favorites list.
The standup comedy series is titled, “Tiffany Haddish Presents: They Ready.” According to the reports, she will be working with a total of six upcoming comedians she chose by herself. Each of these comedians will be doing a half-hour special.
The comedians on her list include April Macie, Flame Monroe, Chaunte Wayans, Tracey Ashley, and Aida Rodriguez. Haddish leads the set as Executive Producer for She Ready Productions. Others to be involved include Page Hurwitz and Wanda Sykes of Sykes and Hurwitz’s Push It Productions.
According to the comedian, the six are on her favorites list and she sees each one as a superstar. She called them “the epitome of They Ready.” We all can’t wait to see it on Netflix.
