Just last month we brought you news that Bongo Flava crooner, Diamond Platnumz, had announced his engagement to his Kenyan sweetheart, Tanasha Donna. Guess what, he just called off the wedding indefinitely.
The musician told us last month that he had planned to get married to Kenyan radio presenter, Tanasha, on Valentine’s day, 2019. Most of his fans believed the announcement was just a stunt to publicize the Wasafi festival which he had planned for New Year’s Eve.
As soon as he was done with the festival, Platnumz called a press conference where he announced that the wedding will be on hold till further notice. In his defense, the musician said most of the guests invited for the wedding have said they wouldn’t be making it for that day. Among the long list of artists include Rick Ross and Omarion.
Reports have it that things didn’t go as expected with the Festival, it flopped. The musician’s associates believe the chances of the wedding holding are almost zilch.
