Wiz Khalifa and his girlfriend Aimee Aguilar have welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Kaydence, on July 17, according to PEOPLE. Aguilar announced the joyous news on TikTok, sharing details about her postpartum experience.
“I gave birth exactly a week ago today, so I am a week postpartum,” Aguilar said in the video. She also mentioned that she has not yet started working out due to tearing during labor, which required stitches. “So, during the labor and I pushed her out, I tore. I have stitches down there, so I think I’m going to wait another week or two before I start doing anything strenuous on my body,” she explained.
Khalifa, 36, now has two children, as he also shares a son with his ex-wife Amber Rose. The rapper and Aguilar have reportedly been together for about five years, although they have kept their relationship largely private. The couple announced they were expecting Kaydence on Father’s Day, with Khalifa posting a photo on Instagram of him holding Aguilar’s baby bump, captioned, “Baby Girl On The Way.”

Their bundle of joy arrived just days after a legal incident in Romania. Khalifa was arrested on July 14 and charged with drug possession after allegedly consuming marijuana while performing at the “Beach, Please!” festival in Costinesti. According to Face2Face Africa, Romanian anti-organised crime prosecutors (DIICOT) stated that the “See You Again” rapper was “found to have possessed more than 18 grams of cannabis and to have consumed (on stage) another quantity in the form of a handmade cigarette.”
Prosecutors mentioned that investigations into the incident were ongoing. Videos of the police escorting Khalifa out of the festival circulated on social media. The rapper later addressed the situation on X (formerly Twitter), apologizing for any unintentional disrespect. “Last night’s show was amazing. I didn’t mean any disrespect to the country of Romania by lighting up on stage. They were very respectful and let me go. I’ll be back soon. But without a big ass joint next time,” he shared.
Despite the incident, Khalifa and Aguilar are now celebrating the arrival of their daughter, embracing this new chapter in their lives.
