There has been relative peace between the warring female rap stars, Nicki Minaj and Cardi B but the beef is back and this time it is bigger and beefier. We have not heard anything about the feud between both ladies since their spat in September, right now it looks like they are back in the kitchen thawing their beef and creating beef tracks and videos.
This time it’s Minaj who started the mess all over with her verse on “MAMA,” Tekashi 6ix9ine’s song. In her rap she throws accusations at Cardi for offering sexual favors to rise in the industry. These are the lines of her rap, “I was out in Spain rockin’ a Medusa head/I ain’t never have to give a rap producer head/If I do, though, I’ma write a book like Supahead/This ain’t wonder that I’m makin’, this that super bread/Splish, splash, f**k him in a hurry, quick, fast.”
Cardi B wasted no time in responding as she aired a live Instagram video to deny the accusations. In her video she said, “Nah, I never f**ked a deejay on God. I dealt with scammers. Drug dealers. I’ve dealt with some bum a*s n*ggas but I never fucked me a deejay. I know what y’all gonna ask me and I addressed this a whole lot of times, ‘Didn’t you f**k Self?’ No, I never f**ked Self. I never been in a relationship with Self. I never flirted with Self.”
As if that was not enough Nicki Minaj went on to release a video for her song “Good Form” which featured Lil Wayne. In shooting the video she hired the services of “sisters/video vixens/strip club bartenders Baddie Gi and Jade.” TMZ has reported that Gi and Jade are planning to sue Cardi for allegedly ordering an attack on them in August.
