We love to share recipes of various Afro multicultural cuisines, to celebrate the rich and delicious variety of food and drinks from the motherland and the motherland diaspora. This week on our Afro Cuisine recipe is a healthy refreshing Jamaican Carrot Juice. It is another #TastyThursday and we want you to savor a taste of Africa. You can search for the ingredients in African stores around you; or better still take a trip to Africa and give your tastebuds a treat.
This Jamaican Style Carrot Juice is a complete treat that you will most surely enjoy. This isn’t a typical carrot juice recipe, it’s a bit thicker and sweetened with condensed milk and other spices. You can also add some dark Jamaican rum to this Jamaican carrot juice recipe if you want to have an Adult version of it.
The juice is very easy to make and it is also very enjoyable.
