Simone Biles made history at the US Gymnastics Championships in Kansas City, Missouri, this past weekend.
Simone conceded the title of becoming the first female to land a triple-double in her routine during the competition that held on Sunday night.

She has also bagged her sixth national all round title. She scored 118.500 points which was five points ahead of the runner up, Sunisha Lee.
Her mind-blowing floor routine featured jumps and flips. It also included the phenomenal triple double (3 twists in the air and two back flips) much to the amazement of the crowd.
As if that wasn’t enough, the five-time Olympic medalist landed a first ever double double dismount in the competition that held on Friday.
This achievement made Simone to be the first ever gymnast to attempt such and excel at it. Now, she is a proud holder of six national titles.
The twenty two years old gymnast is although not a stranger when it comes to being on top of her game. Having started at the age of 6, Simone Biles has proceeded to become one of the most decorated gymnast in American Sports history.
She has participated in various competitions on the national level and on the international scene. She has won a total of 25 Olympic and World Championship medals.
She is the female gymnast with the most gold medals and World -all round titles. She is also the first American gymnast to win a World medal in every event.
She is known for her amazing skills and her drive to perform rather uneasy routines excellently.
