Anthony Joshua holds three heavyweight titles and is set to defend them in New York on June 1. He is the WBO, IBF, and WBA heavyweight champion of the world.
The boxer, of Nigerian and British origin, already has 21 victories by Knockouts out of 22. He will be going up against his challenger, Jared Miller from America. The fight is expected to hold at the Madison Square Garden in New York.
This is the first time Joshua will be fighting professionally in the United States. The boxer has revealed that he has a special connection fighting in Wembley, which has become home to him. But the time for a change is here.
He also expressed his regret at the cancellation of his duel with the END heavyweight champion, Deontay Wilder. Wilder is still undefeated and Joshua was really looking forward to this match. The match was already fixed for April 13 but due to boxing rules, it had to be canceled. They both had to seek other options and Joshua, Miller it is.
The results of their next fights will determine whether they will be in the ring before the end of the year or not. Wilder will be facing Tyson Fury as his own option.
