Marvel Studios has released the highly anticipated sequel to the hit film “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,” which is set to be released in November of this year.
The action-packed trailer began with a mix of sympathy as the king was duly honored.
The late Chadwick Boseman, who played T’Challa in the first part of the movie released by Marvel Studios in 2018, was honored up front, with his legacy celebrated amidst emotional scenes with Bob Marley’s “No Woman, No Cry” sounding slivers of sympathy in the backdrop.
The short trailer featured African-themed drumming, depicting the culture of the fictional African country with cutting-edge technology.
Stars such as multiple award winner Lupita Nyong’o, who played Nakia, and Letitia Wright, who starred as Shuri, among others, were assembled for what looks nothing short of a masterpiece.
The trailer, which clearly shows the king’s family dealing with his death, also shows strength for Wakanda, where its gallant defendants battle for the city. The short teaser drew lots of reactions from movie lovers who wait in anticipation of the film’s official release.
