News circulating the net has revealed that James Ingram has passed away from brain cancer at the age of 66. Ingram was famous for his works on Michael Jackson’s “P-Y-T,” “Baby come to me” with Patti Austin, and “The Secret Garden” with Quincy Jones.

One of the celebs who announced his passing through her twitter account, Debbie Allen, said she had lost a great friend, one with whom she had so many creative memories. She showered accolades on him in her short eulogy on her tweet.
Ingram had won two Grammys and was nominated twice for Academy Awards. He was indeed a great talent that will forever be missed on this side of time. No statement has been released by his family as yet about his passing or his funeral.
