The family of Christina Nance, a 29-year-old black woman is demanding answers after she was found dead inside a police van. Her lifeless body was found inside an old, unused police van parked outside the Huntsville Police Department headquarter in Alabama.
Her family is now demanding answers pertaining to what happened to their kin. Talking to WAFF, her sister, Whitney Nance noted, “We do not believe that our sister would just randomly walk to a van and climb in it. First of all, why wasn’t the van locked on police property?”
Christina had been missing for close to two weeks before she was found in the van. Her family had reported her disappearance and now wants surveillance footage to know what happened to their loved one.
The police have however been adamant to disclose any details pertaining to her death. According to them, Christina had been arrested a couple of times in the last eight years for non-violent offenses. They have also promised to conduct an autopsy within the course of the week to determine what happened to the young lady.
