Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle stunned everyone as she made an unannounced appearance at the 2018 British Fashion Awards which held at the Royal Albert Hall on Monday. The Royal made the appearance to achieve one major purpose, give her wedding dress designer the surprise of the year. She presented Clair Waight Keller the award for British Womenswear designer of the year. Keller is the creative director of Givenchy.

The Duchess definitely knows how to spin heads as she cradled her growing baby bump in a monostrap black Givenchy dress. To complete her head spinning look she wore a gold cuff bracelet by Pippa Small and a Tamara Merson gold ‘Karat’ heel. Rather than pack her hair with loose pieces of hair confront which she is known for, she simply swept it backwards into a bun.
Meghan said she counted it a huge honor to be called upon to celebrate the efforts of Britain’s fashion and designers’ works. Her speech drew a resounding applause from the crowd, especially where she called the UK her new home.
While receiving her award, Keller went on to appreciate the Royal for according her the opportunity of designing her wedding dress. She explained further that she has gotten to know Meghan on a more personal level as she designed the wedding dress for the Royal wedding which held in May.
