If you know anything about the Clark Sisters you would be excited because their biopic is coming to the screens courtesy of Queen Latifah, Mary J. Blige and Missy Elliot. Not many young people may know about the Gospel group that rocked the scene in the’ 50s. The Biopic, titled “You Brought the Sunshine” will hit the screens in early 2019. The announcement was made on Instagram and read “It is with great anticipation that we share with you the story of the Clark Sisters “You Brought the Sunshine” coming early 2019 we are so excited.” You Brought the Sunshine is the Clark Sister’s 8th Album and was the first of their albums to be certified gold.
