Shaquille O’Neal just opened his new restaurant in L.A. on March 9. he was interviewed by US Weekly same day about co-parenting and he had this to say. It is the man’s job to protect and provide.
O’Neal has four kids with his ex-wife, Shaunie and he said they work as a team to take care of the kids. Their kids are Me’arah 12, Shaqir 15, Amirah 17, and Shareef 19. The basketball legend also has a daughter, Taahirah 22, with Arnetta Yardbourgh.
Shaq and Shaunie got married for the first time in 2002 and separated in 2007. They got back together before finally separating in 2009. He said he employs his team player mindset to father his kids effectively.
His ex-wife and children were around at the launch to make it a memorable one for the ex-basketball star. His restaurant is called “Shaquille’s” and it is located at L.A. Live. By the way, Shaq also owns Big Chicken in L.A. and Krispy Kreme in Atlanta.
